WAYFINDER DEEP SEEING SESSIONS
Refresh and find clarity with a private art-based mindfulness experience you can access from anywhere.
Deep Seeing is an aesthetic mindfulness experience that uses art to help us access inner wisdom and gain personal insight and awareness.
Especially helpful during life’s milestone moments or when you feel lost or stuck in a rut, Deep Seeing can be enriching and fun any time. Past clients have used the process to help choose a college major, navigate career changes, prepare for pregnancy, surgery and childbirth, break through writers block, reconnect with lost loved ones, conceive business ideas, clarify intentions on relationships and home location, and just to have a fun and enjoy contemplative aesthetic experience.
You can
- tackle a decision, problem, or personal question OR
- come curious and be a blank slate
Either way, participants generally come away feeling peaceful and refreshed with new insight and agency.
“India’s calm strength, genuine care, and innovative knowledge of creative wellness, guided me to deep inner and outer experiences of my true Self.”
— Steven Hosking, M.A.
How it works
We meet by Zoom from the comfort of your home. You will choose a single artwork from a custom recommended short list, and then you are guided through body-centered relaxation, mindful art observation and gentle inquiry that supports you to access your own deep wisdom. The process is gentle and focuses on connecting you to your core self so you can arrive at confident conclusions you feel great about. You are then supported in reflection and next steps.
Pricing
90-minute session $197*

“India, that was a wonderful session… thank you so much and you inspired me so much I’ve pushed the button on the website which I’ve been procrastinating about for far too long. You make things happen!”
“Thank you so deeply for that session today. I feel refreshed, centered, and calm. It was incredibly satisfying and enlightening work, not to mention helpful…. I’m going to take the job.”
— Julian MacMillan, Teacher & Artist
“Wayfinder uses a projective method of coming into a mindful state with a piece of art so you are able to see yourself and your circumstances. It was like a meditation on steroids. It brought to light things in me I didn’t know were happening and got me on my way to taking care of them.”
— Natalie Foster, Clinical Art Therapist
“It was really wonderful. I’m so into it… It helped me to see how creative I can be… If you’re feeling stuck in any way, it would be helpful to either feel unstuck or to understand more the nature of your stuckness, because so much of who and what we are is unconscious, and we generally try to unstick ourselves by thinking, which doesn’t often work… I would describe the Wayfinder process as guided self-exploration.
You’re in conversation with the art, in a very reflective space, connected to your body, and using India’s guidance along with piece of artwork in order to discover something about yourself… It’s so gentle, yet it makes you quite aware of your projections, so you get to see what’s in you. Your projections are operating at all times, and if you can have a clear sense of the lens you’re viewing the world through, you can have a lot more perspective, agency, and ability to use your creative power.”
