Hi! I’m India (she/her).

It’s my honor and my passion to help creative souls of all genders and identities to find and follow their true path in life and work. I founded the Wayfinder Institute to unlock the power of art observation and mindfulness to spark personal growth and wellbeing.

My work combines a background in mindfulness, yoga and art museum education. I have a masters degree in Museum Education and have worked with many New England museums.

As a mindfulness teacher I trained with Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach for two years to receive certification, and am currently enrolled in their extended MMT mentorship program. I received a 200-hour yoga certification from Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health, a 500-hour certification from Shakti Initiation Women’s Leadership Training in Bali, and a certificate in kids yoga from Deep Play for Kids.

My work is also deeply informed by many years of experience on the receiving end of great therapy and coaching, including Sensorimotor and Internal Family Systems psychotherapy and business, money, and executive function coaching. I’m aware of the great privilege of having each of these experiences add to my skillsets and impact my coaching and mentoring style.

I am a survivor of chronic clinical depression, I live with ADHD, and I identify as a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP). Each of these sometimes-isolating experiences has also given me deep compassion, connection and gifts.

As a creative, I am a writer, poet, photographer, gardener and burgeoning woodworker. I feel alive in nature, free when I travel, in love when I dance and present when I look. Sometimes delicious foods make me cry.

I grew up in VT and NH and I live now in Jamaica Plain, MA (a part of Boston, USA) with my dear husband, son, and dog.

I would love to learn more about you, too. Feel free to reach out and let me know what resonates.
